Defaults applied to RingCentral sync runs.

Connect RingCentral on the Sync page before changing these settings.

Sync defaults

These values are stored on the selected RingCentral connection and applied to every new sync run.

Sync lag minutes

Minutes to subtract from “now” to give RingCentral time to flush call logs.

Default slice days

Days per slice for new sync runs.

Max manual days

Maximum date range allowed for manual syncs.

Changes apply to subsequent sync runs only.

Automatic Sync

Auto-sync is off.

Run one manual sync first before enabling future automatic sync. Auto-sync will use the last successful sync checkpoint.

Enable automatic sync

When the scheduler goes live, the selected connection will be eligible for automatic incremental syncs.

Sync interval

Minimum time between future automatic sync runs.

Overlap window (hours)

Re-syncs this much history to catch late-arriving call legs. Existing calls are deduped.

Minimum sync window (minutes)

Future auto-sync will skip runs when the new window is smaller than this.
